GENERAL TERMS OF HIRE |

The hirer is under obligation to observe the following conditions
|

|
|
The hirer must return the vehicle on the agreed date and time |
|
|
|
|
Must not allow any other person to drive the vehicle |
|
|
|
|
Must not drive under the influence of alcohol and drugs |
|
|
|
|
Must not drive the vehicle in sandy, rocky or stony areas |
|
|
|
|
Must ensure that the vehicle is kept safe and locked when not in use |
|
|
|
|
Must observe all traffic rules and to notify the owner should any accident occur |
|
|
|
|
Must not take vehicle to any other island |
|
|
|
|
Must have an european or international driving license |
|
|

Der Mieter muss folgende Punkte beachten und sich an dic Folgende Relgeln halten. |

Er/Sie muss das Fahrzeug zum abgesprochenen. Zeit Punkt und Datum abgeben. |

Auser dem Mieter ist es nimanden erlaubt das Fahrzeug zu fuhren |
|
|
|
|
Der Fahrer darf nicht einfluss von Alkohol oder Drogen Fahren |
|
|
|
|
Das Fahrzeug nicht im sandigen, steinigen oder Felsigen gelande Fahren |
|
|
|
|
Das Fahrzeug muss verschlossen sein wen es nicht in gebrauch ist |
|
|
|
|
Das Fahrzeugdarf auf keine andere Insel mitgenommen warden |
|
|
|
|
Er/Sie muss sich an die verkehrsregeln halten |
|
|
|
|
Er/Sie muss einen legalen und gultigen Fuhrerschein haben |
|
|
|
Der Besitzer muss mitgeben:

Das Fahrzeug vom Mieter uberprufen |

|
|
Im falle eines Schaden Reparieren wir das fahrzeug oder stellen inhnen ein anderes zu Verfugung |

Es wird kein Geld Ruckerstattet |

|
La quida e permessa solo alla persona stipultante il contrarro e a nessuna altra. In ogni altro caso l’assicurazione non e valida e non copre nessun danno. E permesso un masssimo di 2 guidatori. La benzina e quella normalle senza priombo. Dovete riconsegnare il motorino con la stessa quantina di benzina con la quale vi e consegneta. In caso di danno o foro in una gomma ci chiamate, ci dite esattamente dove vi trovate ed entro 20 minuti il soccorso sara da voi. E vietato andare con il motorino a Alikes (zona delle saline), nella sabbia e in generale su strade non adeguate (con sassi e rocce). Nel caso che la parte inferiore della vettura fosse danneggiata allora l’assicurazione non e responsabile e voi sarete obbligati a pagare il danno provocato. |
